1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Vedadarshi ("the app"), a product of GOSE WEALTH ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vedadarshi on your own. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the verifiable consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, in line with the requirements of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
3. Description of service
Vedadarshi provides Vedic/Hindu astrology charts, readings, and an AI chat assistant, based on birth details you provide, available in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada.

Vedadarshi's content — including charts, readings, predictions, and AI-generated answers — is provided for guidance, cultural, and entertainment purposes only.
It is not professional advice, and specifically not medical, health, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice. You should never delay or avoid seeking qualified professional help — from a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or other relevant professional — because of anything you read or are told in the app.
Predictions and results shown in the app are not guaranteed to be accurate. Any decisions you make based on content from the app are made at your own discretion and are entirely your own responsibility. GOSE WEALTH accepts no liability for outcomes arising from actions taken based on the app's content.
4. User accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials (your email address and password, or your Google account) and for all activity under your account. Guest/anonymous accounts are not linked to a persistent identity and may lose access to saved data if the app is uninstalled or the guest session is cleared.
5. Subscriptions & one-time purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases within Vedadarshi are billed and processed entirely through Google Play Billing. Prices are set and displayed in Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellations must be made through Google Play — not directly with GOSE WEALTH. You can manage or cancel a subscription via the Google Play Store app: Menu > Subscriptions, or by visiting play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions. See also our Refunds & Cancellation page.
6. AI-generated content
The in-app AI assistant's answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. AI answers do not represent professional advice of any kind — see the Astrology Disclaimer above.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, including: attempting to interfere with its normal operation, attempting to access another user's account or data without authorization, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The app, its design, branding, and underlying software are the property of GOSE WEALTH and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by applicable law.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOSE WEALTH is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions made in reliance on astrology content or AI-generated answers, as described in the Astrology Disclaimer above.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [TO BE COMPLETED: specify the city/jurisdiction for courts, e.g. "Hyderabad, Telangana"].
12. Changes to these terms
